Yes. Isn't this an eye opener? I can't say much more in public forums though. It's not a done deal yet. I've made a more reasonable offer of resolution to ASM and I'm waiting for a response. Feel free to PM me here. Hopefully this opens I lot more eyes than just mine as to what ASM can do to anyone's account.(or at least threaten to do)

Also, if my account is disolved and I find it not worth lawyer fees to try to recover, I'll have a ton more of my personal info from ASM to share here.
