A proposal barring a player from calling a timeout while falling out of bounds or into the backcourt also was approved.

Looks like backboard mounted clocks in D2 and D3 schools and no more timeouts while falling or going backcourt. Interesting changes. Wonder why they finally did this? Hmmm....

That is crazy that Div 2 and Div 3 dont have shot clock above backboards and game clocks that count tenths of seconds....I just took it for granted that b-ball leagues did that....learn something new every day.....maybe I should attend some a Div 3 game seeing I have one in my hometown...University of Pittsburgh @ Bradford ....or maybe if the Bonnies were any good go to a St. Boneventure game up in Olean which is like 20 minutes away....what colleges are close to you ?
