If Anything Florida should be dropped to #4 because who they just played with USC at #2 and Michigan at #3 . Florida shouldnt even of scheduled a Div 1 -AA team this late in the season , those teams should be scheduled in the very begining and personally I believe Div 1 teams shouldnt schedule em' at all.

A lot of these games were added because before the season the NCAA made a 12 game schedule mandatory, that's why you see some weird midseason games like Florida vs. Western Carolina. You don't just drop a team in the polls because they played a lousy opponent. This wasn't Florida's fault, it's why OSU played Bowling Green in the middle of the year and why Penn State played Youngstown St. in the middle of the year.
I've never been overly impressed with Cal anyways so I'm not blown away by USC beating a team that they should beat at home. If USC pounds ND this week, I'll consider moving them up.
This will get worked out anyways, if Florida beats Arkansas for the SEC title, they deserve the #2 ranking, if they lose then it's USC at #2 if they handle their business.
