Although this is just a rumor it sounds like it could happen...Bill Cowher retiring ....he just bought a 2.5 million dollar home in Noth Carolina ....buying a home that far away from Pitt and it being 2.5 million ....doesnt look good and him saying he's going to take year to year kinda worries me also ....

I couldnt find the real figure ...but I believe its between 3-5 million a year base salary
