If you're talking about real matches that are broadcast online, yeah, sure that's possible. There's a variety of sites out there where tv streams are embedded so that you can follow a live game with a delay of just a few seconds. I dont know what matches exactly you wanna watch but you can either google these sites yourself or you just go to a betting site, enter the chat room for the respective match and ask the people in there where they follow the game online.. usually these folks have all the links (at least at my betting site).
