Default My Plea - To the "spy", pro-ASM, anti-ASM, and fence-sitters

To Whom It May Concern:
I don't know if the rumored spy is actually still here or really ever was, but that person may be the most important to my plea.

I have waited for over two months for a 1000 dollar withdrawal. I was told it was mailed, only to find out it was not. Having been told it was mailed, I requested a 2000 dollar withdrawal about 4 weeks later. Neither has been received. I was asked to send in a copy of my photo id and credit card (already sent in the KYCF, already received other withdrawals with only a slight delay). I have now sent that information in three times. The first was a black and white copy and too hard to read. The second time it was not received, somehow. I have not yet heard a response about this last time, even though it was sent a week ago.

I have e-mailed all of the pertinent ASM accounts. I have issued support tickets. I have not posted on the ASM forums about this situation. I am completely playing ball and playing by the book. My plea is this - if there is anything more I can do, or you can do to help my situation, please let me know. Spy, if you exist, please help me by passing this along or telling me how to get my situation resolved. Fence-sitters or pro-ASM folks, tell me what I'm missing. Anti-ASM folks, well, I'm sure you've heard of similar stories.

As for those who may accuse of me breaking rules and such, let me again point out that - A) I am NOT one of the first traders (started December 04) and did not actively trade until rules about self-trading were already in place. I did not, nor have I ever, broken any trading rules. B) I have never been put on (Trial) status for ANY reason. Not trading violations. Not forum violations. Nothing. No Trial. C) For what it's worth, in my line of work, integrity and truth-telling are of utmost importance. In fact, without my character, I may as well find a new calling, because I do not belong where I am. So please don't accuse of me of lying or even hint at it. That just isn't the case.

Please help, anyone who can!
Sincerely,
Rev. Keith M. Falk

If you need to verify my identify, feel free to call the church during the day tomorrow (Wednesday). I should be around most of the day.

Lol, I believe you. you know what's funny, ASM goes down and everybody is thinking about their own account. My post was the first post asking what actually happened. Same thing you are doing here kfunk, asking for resolving your own problems. So I learned a lot today, I'm probably the only one who wants to give up my money to keep people from going to ASM. So fuck you all and have fun trying to get your money back. And you'll see my name in connection to the downfall of ASM anyway.

Happy trading. And btw Snowsand is on trial and nobody noticed? FY all again .

KFunk

I hear ya man. I wish that the withdraws would come as fast as deposits are accepted.

Deposits -------------> Instant

Withdraws -----------> Weeks or Months

I have heard of some desperate people that are locked out and that have given up on ASM entirely that have contacted the CC companies they used and charged back on the money deposited into ASM. I guess this would be a last resort if ASM can't come through with payments to it's client base.

I do think that would be a downward spiral for us all if a mass of people started doing that, but if you aren't allowed in or to get a WD.... I don't see many other options at that point.

Keep us posted sir. We all would like to know the outcome.

Kfunk,

Just so you know, my attorney has had your story ever since you sent it to me a couple of months ago. Obviously I feel for you. Just today, another one of my friends whom I helped convince to deposit into ASM (5,000 bucks) informed me that he has been waiting for months for a withdrawal and has since been accused of creating duplicate accounts.

It really sucks man...

Tripple, I share your sentiment. Let me tell you that every time I'm able to somehow get the email address of a new ASMer I send them an email warning them about the scam that is ASM and tell them not to deposit any more. Just today, I was able to get two. One was just a confused trader who said "My email address is xxx@xxxxxx.xxx please someone explain to me what is going on." Chris promptly erased his email, but not before I got it. Another was the Sr. IT guy who made a post today telling people to not go so hard on ASM. He posted a link to his resume and from that I got his email.

But you're right...if everyone who had been screwed by ASM just stood up in the forums and complained there would be no choice for Chris but to fess up or bail town. So many people like kfunk who stay silent to protect their own interests. However, I can't say I blame them. For me, my account is gone so I have nothing to lose.

Good luck Kfunk. Trust me my lawyer will get this latest post.

I wish that I could afford to stand up, take my shots, and lose out on the over 10,000 dollars I have yet to withdraw to even out my deposit/withdrawal ratio. But I can't. I just finished my graduate studies (4 years for the master's after 4 years of undergrad) and am heavily in debt. I have a child and a wife to support, and being a clergyperson isn't exactly high paying.

I made a mistake in depositing money I couldn't really afford in the first place. I will own that mistake, it was mine, and mine alone. Now I'm trying to get my money back out. Unlike 12 months ago, I am not depositing nor am I advertising about ASM. Do I still think ASM could pull a rabbit out of its hat? Some days, yes, some days, no. But I don't have the luxury of assuming it is down the tubes. If there is a chance I can still get money out (and currently, I believe there is a chance, else I wouldn't have bothered posting), then I will keep jumping through hopes. And if there is a chance I can get my money out, then there is a chance others can, too. How great is that chance? That is the real question, and I think we all basically know where everyone else here stands on that point.

Thanks for the words of support from everyone else. I still hope folks are able to get their situations resolved to their (the customers', the traders') satisfaction.

I am still waiting for a $120.00 withdrawal made on January 3rd. The check issuer is having problems again. If $120.00 is a problem, I don't think $3000 is coming soon. Lets hope I'm wrong and we both see some money soon. I will be making a larger withdrawal first good sign I see.

KFunk,

Kiss your money goodbye, they haven't talked to me since mid December and won't talk to me anymore, only my lawyer... They just use any stall tactic that pertains to your situation - kiss the money - and ASM - good bye

Look these conspiracy theories of ASM just dissapearing or being a complete SCAM are gorwing tiresome.

Look I am not condoing the late payemnts (still waiting...for mine), missed deadlines or undelivered promises, but in terms of the regulatory effort and trying to become a US entity - its happening.

Just so you know I spoke to a client last night that just received $1600 US to their moneybookers account - in less than 48hrs after the request nonetheless. The check issuing is a problem , they have admitted that.

It is in the best interest of everyone that they be continued to try and get this thing legalzied and positioned properly for US awareness on a massive scale.

The thing that everyone needs to realize is that my situation with ASM is different than Tripples, different than Vinceyoungs, different than Inspekts. In short, everyones account is different and trading history or communications with the CEO have been DIFFERENT.

I may be naive and dumb or ignorant (call me what you want), but I have met the man in person - and hes got this grand vision that depsite what you may all believe is actually a lot more farther along today than it was when I met Chris in October 2005.

My deepfelt sympathies and hope go out to everyone that have been TRULY wronged in way shape or form. I would be lying if I have said I never felt as a victim or been misleaded - because I have. But optimism and hope for some reason beyonf what I can explain are still present.

Have a great day guys!

Peebs,

Why are people being lied to by support telling them their check is in the mail when it isnt?

I ask this question over and over again when anyone tries to say that Chris/ASM really is legit and moral and just has serious operational issues.

Nobody has answered it. It just one of those glaring wrenches that can't be removed so everyone who defends ASM, including you, just ignores it.

Peebs,

Why is it that when XXXXXX went to Costa Rica to visit Chris, he was given $500 in spending cash as part of a promotion only to have to give it back to Chris when Chris ran up a $2,000 tab that he couldn't pay. Why did Chris then take a stripper back to a hotel instead of going home to his wife? Is this part of his "Grand Vision"?

Peebs,

Why do posts in the ASM forums get constantly deleted? What is ASM trying to hide.

Peebs,

Why is it that users STILL aren't notified about all the rediculous withdrawal requirements when they sign up, despite many forum posts suggesting that. Why would ASM want people to be able to deposit so easily and hide from them the fact that withdrawing is so hard.

Peebs,

What happened to ASM Expo? SI Article? CNN Interview?

Peebs,

Why is it that both people on sportssession and ASM forums (including Tahoes of all people) have noticed a clear pattern of massive trades occuring just pennies below their own sell orders? People who are MO's of stock and are trying to sell see 48% of the float "trade" at a penny below their sell orders. Thus, the net result is that "volume" on ASM is fantastic and skyrocketting without having to actually give cash to any real traders. Oh boy, SD volume at all time high!

Peebs,

Why does Chris think its ok to break a dozen regulatory laws in order to comply with one?

Peebs,

Why does Chris state there are 14,000 traders but making a few bucks in divs puts you in the top 500?

Peebs,

Why do you and others insist on being so blind and ignoring the obvious trail of bullshit?

If you've posted in this thread once, there
is no need to post again. I have every file
in this thread on my desk.

If you've not been contacted, it means that
I've not completed my inspection of your
account.

Also, I am focused on supervising the recovery
from the weekend so this will take me a little
longer than originally planned.

All parties will be answered as quickly
as I'm able.

Chris

-----------------------------------------

Peebs, It has now been a f#@#@$ month since this thread started and Chris said "Your files are on my desk for review."

Every week he posted another update saying he was still "inspecting" or "reviewing" the files. Now with the outage he has yet another excuse.

What does that even mean, files on my desk? Are we expected to believe that in ASM's ONE 500 SQUARE FOOT ROOM that there is a filing cabinet with with 14,000 files in it?

He has deleted many posts in that thread as well, mostly the ones where people said support lied to them.

WTF!!!

Peebs, one last thing. Grand vision doesnt mean squat if you can't execute it. The events from last weekend are a perfect example. This site has thousands of peoples money and only AFTER a catastrophic disaster does Chris deem it necessary to build a backup machine....And I've talked at length with guys like Logaperc...I know about all the missed opportunities that Chris has bungled.

He is a 5 foot tall lying toad. Anyone can see that. What more evidence do you need? Please ask and I will provide it.
