Default Your thoughts about ASM.

I just wanna know what you all think about ASM at the moment. My feelings are really negative at the moment and I just want to know how you all think about this. I'll give you some of my thoughts and I hope to get some replies to them.
  1. I think there is no board of directors.
  2. I think there is no legal department.
  3. I think there is no STCC.
  4. Even though there is a VP of marketing I think there's no marketing department.
  5. I think there's not gonna be an ASMexpo.
  6. I think there's not gonna be a Virginia based company.
  7. I think the G.F.S.E. is never gonna happen.
  8. I think they are in financial trouble.

I'll give you some of the reasons why I think this.
  • Operating expenses and salaries 2005 : $ 318,756.53
  • First sign of trouble: MC and VISA pulling out
  • KYCF looks like it's made by an amateur
  • The audit reports made by the STCC are rumoured to be very unprofessional
  • Exposervices.net is a anonymous domain opened on July 24 2006
  • $99 'special' price at the hotel and only PAYPAL payments for exposervices?
  • Chris' 'look at me I'm really in Virginia for all you disbelievers' action with JohnnyQ
  • Communication lately is as if you're talking to a dictator
  • Payments suck and there's no respect for us traders

What are your thoughts about this? Just want to say that I'm not anti ASM, I love the site and the idea behind it and if the site goes down I'll loose a lot of my hard earned money. I just say this because we are treated without any respect lately.

Agree Tripple. All those reasons you listed, for everything I listed in the Czar thread, and every other bit of shady business and blunders they've had in the 4 long months I've been there, has caused me to not trust and not like ASM at all now. I'm glad I got out as much as I did, when I did, before the KYCF. There's no way this place will ever see US soil, accept when Chris comes up for photo ops. If there was nothing to hide and they wanted to get down to business, they could turn everything around by this weekend. Nothing that's left to do should take a year.

If nobody will answer me anything else, I ask that you answer this; At what point, will it be ok to treat ASM as if they were a normal, professional business? Not your two year old. A REAL, REGULAR BUSINESS? That's all I ask. Will people still be saying they're so young after 3 years? We're still working kinks out after 4 years? My opinion, most are scared to death to voice an opinion because so much money is held hostage in Costa Rica right now. Completely afraid of the consequences. Is this how a normal business runs? Ruling by fear?

I would be extremely suprised to see ASM make it to July 07. And there's people that think we should wait to advertise until then. lol

If somebody wants to argue this, in the next post down, list the pros of the site next to the cons. See how you feel when you're done. BTW, the paper gains only amount to something if you can sell them and THEN, you have to get the cash in from ASM! Paper gains are a long ways from real cash in your hands at this site.

The ONLY way ASM survives is with new money. So they MUST advertise.

If they don't...I fear the outcome.

Do a good deed for yourself and keep very good records. Print out account history. Take screenshots. Save emails. Etc.....

All those can be used once ASM bails and runs with our money. The more hard evidence we have to send to the FBI International Internet Fraud Dept. and the SEC the better chance some of us may get our money back

Vess, I think you're right that a lot of traders are afraid to voice an opinion. Don't think anybody feels like this is not a shady business at the moment. I can't understand why some of them are still holding so many ASMA1 shares. There's a huge change this company is never going to be regulated and what will happen if that announcemant is made? ASMA1 will be worthless cause people aren't waiting for these great $ 0.001 divident payments. But then again maybe that's why we have all this ASMA1 promotions and it's all part of another plan.
