Default Hendog - "friend or foe"?

Excuse the strong title but I'm a little confused about Hendog's recent post here:
http://www.allsportsmarket.com/forum...n%2 7s+Corner
A few days ago I thought he had taken off and his supposed marketing success had taken over his mind but now there's this post? He also sent out an email asking if there are ASM users with troubles withdrawing money.
If that's true and even the apparent biggest supporter (in terms of marketing the site) doesn't get his money any longer, what does that say in terms of the future of ASM?

Exclamation of course

and as we speak, the post has disappeared (with Chris being online right now)..wow, I'm glad I started saving pages and taking screenshots myself.
Here's what he wrote:

----
In all cases whether it be in school or in court of law or everyday life, they bring forth proof of something and then convict, innocent untill proven guilty. But at ASM this is backwards, you see I have been accused of manipulation and apparently proven guilty with the fact that I did nothing wrong, thrown out the window.

I know many traders, and there are many who have manipulated the crap out of their accounts, and an audit was never done. There is 4 days left in the audit period and it took 30 days for my account to get the audit done. I have waited 30 days for money, I do ASM for a living and I pay myself for all of the hard work I do from my account.
I ask for nothing more than what I deserve, and as of right now I have not had a cent coming in from this audit, that took 30 days to prepare, and I was contacted(actually I had to call them) and I was told that there was going to be severe consequences for the manipulation advised to Chris, and that at the end of the day, that in was up to the CEO. I could start naming off traders that have not had an audit done ever, this is the 2nd for sure for me, and oddly enough, I'm being punished for the part of my account that was audited the first time, and don't even get me started on the outcome of the first audit, and now I'm being punished I guess, but as of last night when I got off the phone with the STCC, I was to receive a full report in an email, nothing!!!! I've emailed Chris 5 times, and called 3, and still nothing!!!!!

One very upset, very confused, very lost, trader!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been told that if I do this I will open the door to bring my account into the forums, bring it into the forums, I have nothing to hide!!!

The severity of this is that I've broke myself spending money to travell and on long distance phone call that I never planned on having to make, all because of ASM. Never in my life have I been so unappreciated!!

I was told that me trying to contact Chris this many times, is a sign that I'm guilty, guilty of caring about everything I've ever done for this site, going unoticed and unapperciated.

Boy I feel bad for the guy. And like was mentioned, what does this say about the state of ASM?

Maybe he is a bad dude. Maybe he is not. We really don't know what is going on in the ASM side of things. I say we stay on the lookout for more movement.

He has done a lot for the site - and he's also been all over the board on his support for ASM. I bought my first derivative December 2nd, 2004... and I've seen ups and downs for the site and traders - and he is one who has bounced to the highs and lows more than others. Just like the weather in certain states - wait 10 minutes, and it will change!

his latest post... let's see if it, too, gets deleted...

Does anyone know what it is like to go a month with out any source of income? Or worse, the one you had, just up and stops!!

Well, since about Febuary ASM has been my job. I started with around $150 in deposits from December 2004 and turned it into over $100,000, but I did have more money than just the $150, as I used the unlimited short selling, to create a very large float and bought into top notch teams and players with the 'borrowed' money.

Well of course you all know that I have done tons of work behind the scenes for ASM as far as getting them media and the only spokes person and a heck of a deal that turned out to be. I have been told that coming on to the forums is a mistake, but when did speaking the truth get people punished.

I'm not sure what is going on, but I have been conerned, as ASM has given me NO sign of an end to this. I've spoke with those who I needed to, and my account is still under audit. I would bet money on it that my account will be closed becasue of me coming to the forums to fight for MY money.

Who here has been made cry from this site? as I sit here, all emoitonal because I haven't made a cent in a month, nothing, notta, and have no reason except for some 'manipulation' between traders in the first 3-4 months and some self buying that all were are part of the 'game' in the early stages, and was stopped simply by some added software. I have no problem putting my account history here for everyone to see, but all I truly want is to get paid for the job that I've taken without question and that is the trader who has given ASM all the contacts that I could, when they needed them. I am not in the forums to say they are doing me wrong, I'am saying that I have done no wrong. What I deserve and earn everyday for my efforts, at the very least, is the money from my account via withdrawal.

I thank those who see this as a plea and not an attack.

Default sympathy

wow.. it looks like he can say goodbye to his monies.. my friend under audit / on hold didn't even join the "buy/sell to yourself game" and still is in the same situation. And now that Hendog unfortunately even admitted to it (and knowing that this is ASM and not a real court), he sure is in trouble. Man, even though I thought his recent posts before that were quite arrogant, I feel sorry for him. 100K isn't peanuts. My friend's profits are even tiny compared to that and she already is pissed a lot.. I can't imagine how Hendog must feel. If I were him, I'd make sure that Bernie Nicholls disassociates himself from ASM. After all, it was Hendog who created this connection and I know I would fully support it if he cuts it off again.

Talking Award

From Chris in the same thread:

I will not make one person happy at the expense
of the integrity of the platform.

Chris

---

Can I nominate this for the "Joke of the Year" award??? And would someone please be so kind to explain to me the "integrity of the platform" Chris talks about? ROFL

Looks like nobody's exempt.

Does this really surprise anyone? ASM does not want to see people that have deposited only $150 turn that money into 100k and then start withdrawing. They are fine w/ everything as long as you keep your money within the system so that they can continue to draw interest off of that money, but once you start making profit withdraws your account is sure to be looked into. This might just be the point where something blows up in ASMs face. Hendog seems to know a lot about the company and he does have a case. It's just too bad ASM will never become a US entity and therefore Hendog is pretty much screwed. I have said it before and I will say it again, ASM is based in Costa Rica for a reason.

if he can say goodbye to all his money then also ASM can say goodbye. ASM hasn't been clear about the rules in the past and if they can't handle these situations with the audits in a fair way then they will get so much badwill that they never survive.
