My hunch is that everything that can be said, has been said, at this point. Law suit(s) which may or may not be happening would be in info discovery stage, so no one wants to show their hand. ASM really can't do anything until/if they file papers with the SEC... so nothing really to say, I guess.

I have been away at a Federal Law Enforcement Academy since the first week in Sept. I am sorry that I have not been more vocal and busy with the forum
