Hello everyone. I'm not sure if you all remember me, but I was ty24 from the ASM forum. Quite a long time ago I pointed out many holes in the ASM business model and many things that just did not seem right to me. I voiced my opinion on the ASM forum and pointed out what was wrong and how it should be fixed. I was booted from the forum for this and subsequently had my entire ASM account taken away. I received personal emails from Chris after I tried to get my account reopened. My account was only reopened after I promised to do no more posting on the ASM forum. A few months later they locked my account again because I had not sent in my "get to know your customer form." I have argued with them several times over this as the only form of communication for this was via the ASM forum, which I never checked because I was banned. Now my account is still locked. I see that many of you have switched sides and now see that Chris is indeed a fraud and ASM is going in the wrong direction. My question to you is whether it is worth my time to send in my "get to know your customer form." I don't have many funds in ASM (about $200 cash, and $600 in derivatives). Please give me your input and catch me up on what has been going on with ASM since I have been excluded from the site. I hope everyone is well and I apologize for my long absence from this great forum.
