I remember in the forums you had to ask to get one. I have never seen one. I do have one of the first packets for the stock that only some people were suppose to get. It does has a bunch of drawn notes, like the beginning idea if that helps any.

I have everything except the very first prospectus. I remember you had to send an email to get it, then you would have to sign a non-disclosure agreement, and then you could keep it. I got it without signing this NDA (I can tell you how to do that if you want to request it) but it was full of crap and without anything useful, so I deleted it (that was unfortunately many months ago when I didn't know that we should save everything).

I am just looking for the propectus for the ASMA1 release. I sent an email to get it and still it is not sent to me. Imagine that.

So if anyone has it, please let me know how you can send me a copy?

People probably have it, but aren't willing to break the NDA. You'll need to find someone who hasn't signed anything, or get it from ASM..

Sorry man.. we didn't sign any NDA but threw this prospectus away because it was useless. What are you looking for? Maybe you can get that info from elsewhere?

oh, as far as I remember there weren't any names in it.. otherwise we'd probably have kept it.. it was just the usual blabla like "look how great we are doing and it will only get better".. the only name that might have been mentioned is the name of the lawyer (Alex C.)
