Default Is it possible that ASM has run out of cash?

Is it even possible?

If it is then only these three scenarios is possible:

1. ASM has been defrauded big time. Credit card frauds where ASM has been forced to pay back deposits but the cash is still left in the market. Huge Bonus fund frauds and here it's not enough with some $25 accounts but $250 bonus accounts paid with fake CC. Free share fake accounts don't count here becuase they don't effect the cash balance of ASM. Unlimtied shorting fake accounts don't count either becuase they don't effect the cash balance.

2. ASM costs for operations has been too high for the size of the company. This scenario is not very likely becuase we all know that ASM cutting their costs alot.

3. Criminal act from the management, where they have grabbed money out from the company illegaly. This can have already have happend or that the management want to have the option in the future to do so if ASM doesn't turn out to be a future success.

If ASM is out of cash, then their response if any to this would be IMO #1 under any circumstances.

If ASM is trying the later part of #3, then they are stupid becuase it will be a selffulfilling prophecy that ASM will not be a future success if they hold some of the traders money as hostage as a backdoor to bail out through. But the indications right now is that this is was happening right now.

A scenario that they a blocking withdrawels for fixing the front of ASM for big investors it's not very llikely, becuase withdrawels doesn't affect ASMs profit directly.

Yeah but don't forget that it's all purely virtual. That's the biggest problem with ASM. They could put thousands into dividend pots but as long as it is only paid on at ASM and not to your bank account, it's literally nothing

So you see that Chris asked if we want to stop the quarterly payments?

Maybe he doesnt want to pay out any more monay, as last time people just withdrew instead of re-investing.

I loved that thread. Chris certainly hoped we would all say get rid of it. And this thread started really hopefull for him, but after 3 traders who wanted to get rid of it everybody wanted to keep the quarterly payments. I think the quarterly payments started this all, think of the KYCF that became mandatory on the first of July, but this was announced on the 4th of July. Must have been crazy days in the ASM office when everybody started to withdraw (at least I did).

Yeah, and the top guy's quarterly was over $8000. That is a HUGE chunk of change to pay out when you are already short on funds.

I am for getting rid of them myself though. With smaller reserves there is less value and less trading at that point, so the reserves can't repair themselves. But I guess that is another thread.

I hope ASM realizes the things they have done wrong and clean up the mess before they work themselves right out of business

From a cash point, the next few months are going to be interesting. From lack of trading the reserves are not growing- which is also where ASM recieves their profit from. If this does not change soon, bad days are ahead for traders. After these next payments reserves are going to be low, not sure where they will be in December.
