I dunno... consult a lawyer, quickly? That is some serious stuff... and ASM should provide you with documentation of account activity the past 30 days to show how it devolved so quickly.

Yes. Isn't this an eye opener? I can't say much more in public forums though. It's not a done deal yet. I've made a more reasonable offer of resolution to ASM and I'm waiting for a response. Feel free to PM me here. Hopefully this opens I lot more eyes than just mine as to what ASM can do to anyone's account.(or at least threaten to do)

Also, if my account is disolved and I find it not worth lawyer fees to try to recover, I'll have a ton more of my personal info from ASM to share here.

I've lost my entire account at ASM do to shorting while I had neg. balance. This is a false accusation. I did not short! I've never made a withdraw and deposited $750 plus $417.48 in affiliate earnings. I'll have a little more to post here w/in the next 90 days or so. To everyone who thinks ASM isn't a scam...HOW COULD YOU?!?
