Default Withdrawl Strategies

Hey all:

As I am one of those really reluctant to give the Grand Pubah ALL of my personal financial information, I was thinking that if we put our heads together we may be able to share some ideas on how we can protect ourselves from those on the dark side.

I mean, sooner or later we either have to give them this info or never see any of our money ever again.

One thing that I have done is cancel my Credit Cards previously used to fund my account. As I really do not plan on depositing anymore in the near future anyways and still could at anytime if the need were to ever occur.

Yep, same here. Credit cards have either expired or were cancelled. Our passports / IDs conveniently expired and had to be renewed also. That only leaves the KYCF..
well.. we have clumsy fingers... it's easy to mis-type things with butter fingers
Also, make sure you stick to the correct format (e.g. for SS).. but oh well.. it's easy to switch a few numbers if you suffer from dylsexia

Oh and if you're afraid of legal consequences or something, well, it wasn't legal to begin with to force the KYCF on us.. and should ASM ever move to the US, you could simply send them a new form and say you want to update your information because you've opened a new bank account or moved or whatever else you might need to "update"

I can't see that last one working as that seems to be the answer from everybody that I have talked to - so they have to be wise to that, but it is definitely work a shot.

I'm sorry - I used the word wise in the same sentence as referring to ASM.

well.. it worked for me... at least for the previous withdrawal.. and they haven't told me that my currently requested check will not be sent because I had typos on there.. you just have to be a little creative with your typos.. do you really think they can check it? Nope...

My debit card photo that I gave them also expired in June so my new one has a new 3 digit verification #, thankfully. Funny that nobody's checking this. You'd think they'd send an e-mail or something saying your card has expired and you will need to submit the new information.

Boy, now I am dreaming.

Yeah but check the thread closely. Tikiboss is an insider, we know that Slinger hasn't even covered his investment let alone withdrawn profits (check again the article on Ponzi schemes.. it will make sense then why he receives some money), as far as I understand balicheers, he hasn't been paid yet and if you read AngelaS' post you'll see that she requested a check.. boy, someone should tell her that the check will never arrive.. I don't know about Yorkie and Chandler and tripleplay's account situation but I have to say this thread is pretty tiny for 13K supposed traders

Would you please try to withdraw that $92K? :-D
Just kidding..
I guess you can call yourself lucky then to have gotten out of this like that, no matter what happens to your current balance.
Congrats!
