Not that you need any help tearing this apart but...... it was aggravating. Maybe he IS an employee.

You cannot argue with this one bit.

How many privately held companies trade their private shares on their own exchange with no comissions?

Well, which is it? ASM can't have it both ways. WTH are they striving for?
What risk does ASM have in it? The traders deposited 4% of the value at the IPO. ASM received a gift. The traders put their asses on the line.

How many privately held companies converse 1:1 with the private sharehoders on almost a daily basis?

What would it be like if they didn't?!! What do we really derive from it anyway?

How many privately held companies pay a dividend to the shareholders prior to going public?

Has paid out one dividend as the stock plummets. How generous.

How many privately held companies give summary statements of balance sheets and income statements?

You mean the vague statements derived from their own ' in-house' audits? Don't know. Don't keep track of that many private companies Peebs.
Someone may be able to answer these questions or provide examples, I just don't know of any at the moment. Someone please enlighten us all if there are.

Reduen, I believe the transparency will come once the legal team in Virgina (what a novel scape goat)thinks its prudent to do so. Remember the more transparency, the more you open yourself up to problems from malicious attempts to derail the process.

Its very simple. We all have been given the chance to scoop up shares in ASMA1 at really cheap levels for almost a year now. (Hey, wait till tomorrow and you can get them even cheaper!!) If you have a high tolerance for high risk potential reward, buy them now and hold them.

If you need more transparency than we have already gotten, keep waiting, but remember that once ASMA1 stops trading here, you will have to buy @ the public IPO. And I highly doubt we will be able to get them at 0.40 cents a share. Well there you have it. Another man's personal beliefs about ASM. If that doesn't stir you to start buying, I don't know what will!!!

Just my 0.02!

Long ASMA1 5,000

I must confess, I am a bit disappointed at the current price. I knew some would want to unload and make a quick profit, but I didn't realize so many folks would sell in 10-50 share blocks right around the $2.00. Yes, I should be more patient... but still. In the long run, those who hold onto what they have and purchase more will be better off, imho - and despite needing the funds, I'm still not selling below a certain price (well above 2.00).

We are 180 days away from the target first
public offer.

I've publicly stated the opening price range
at $10.00 - $20.00 per share. This means
that the opening value of ASMA1 will be the same.

Evidenced by the very small number of shares
for sale, I would conclude that nearly everyone
holding ASMA1 agrees with me.

If you want to sell for $2 right now, go
right ahead.

It is my job to make you regret that decision
in 180 days.

I can imagine that those that did not buy are spending each and every day regretting that decision.

I look at todays ASM price as a real faith in the traders on the site. A downtreand, looks like about everyday. So I guess theres not much faith in the stock at all.

Man Rick, you just proved I spend too much time at ASM. I've ran across those comments 2 or 3 times going back through past posts at ASM.

I am wondering at this point how low it will go. At this rate another split sure can not happen.

Reduen, I'm also rather curious why you called Glock also Drummerboy once in the ASM forum. Did he use that nickname before he used Glock?
