You cannot argue with this one bit.
How many privately held companies trade their private shares on their own exchange with no comissions?
Well, which is it? ASM can't have it both ways. WTH are they striving for?
What risk does ASM have in it? The traders deposited 4% of the value at the IPO. ASM received a gift. The traders put their asses on the line.
How many privately held companies converse 1:1 with the private sharehoders on almost a daily basis?
What would it be like if they didn't?!! What do we really derive from it anyway?
How many privately held companies pay a dividend to the shareholders prior to going public?
Has paid out one dividend as the stock plummets. How generous.
How many privately held companies give summary statements of balance sheets and income statements?
You mean the vague statements derived from their own ' in-house' audits? Don't know. Don't keep track of that many private companies Peebs.
Someone may be able to answer these questions or provide examples, I just don't know of any at the moment. Someone please enlighten us all if there are.
Reduen, I believe the transparency will come once the legal team in Virgina (
what a novel scape goat)thinks its prudent to do so. Remember the more transparency, the more you open yourself up to problems from malicious attempts to derail the process.
Its very simple. We all have been given the chance to scoop up shares in ASMA1 at really cheap levels for almost a year now. (
Hey, wait till tomorrow and you can get them even cheaper!!) If you have a high tolerance for high risk potential reward, buy them now and hold them.
If you need more transparency than we have already gotten, keep waiting, but remember that once ASMA1 stops trading here, you will have to buy @ the public IPO. And I highly doubt we will be able to get them at 0.40 cents a share.
Well there you have it. Another man's personal beliefs about ASM. If that doesn't stir you to start buying, I don't know what will!!!
Just my 0.02!
Long ASMA1 5,000
