Let me break this down and translate. Chris is "amazed and confused!!", over why someone who has profited handsomely, would be iritated and fed up with every other aspect of something. The details. The customer service. Policies. Regulations. Promises. Deadlines.

This tells me in Chris' mind, none of that should matter!! He's virtually saying, " what does it matter if people are getting screwed, treated poorly, all this is going on, nothing happening, etc..... as long as someone is profiting. All he's thinking about are dollar signs.
Hmmmm, makes one wonder to what extent he carries this mindset........

His attitude is the people that complain are in the minority. He has said this several times in the forums. So he does not care about the few, with an attitude that they will never be many. As long he is the only game in town and some people are making money and getting it, he will in turn do the same and the site will live. Seems that thats all that matters to him.
