Default My thoughts for good investments...

My personal philosiphy is as follows:

I prefer as low a float as possible. The lower the better as it will afford you better Dividend payments over the life (no matter how long you decide to hold) of that position.

I prefer a league with as few teams as possible. A lower number of teams to spread the big reserves around the better. If your team has built up a mighty big reserve and loses, then will more than likely have a chance to win some of that back in a small league with a lower number of teams than a huge league with lots of teams.

I prefer to have a short season and a longer offseason. This setup will allow lots of time to build reserves in the offseason. Also the short season will allow for the reserves to stay built up (hopefully) so the champion will have a great payout and some awesome offseason quarterlys.

I hope these ideas help you make a little money, or at least give you an idea how to make your ideas or plans work better for you. Let's face it, we are all here to make money. Just want to help as I can GL and Happy Trading!

I agree with all of your points. I think POPULAR leagues are important as well. For example, the NFL might dry up towards the end of the season but since this site is driven heavily by volume it will never carry over into the next season like I see happening with NHL and NBA.

I think as the site grows we may see a shift towards NFL, CFB, and other "popular" leagues as IMO, these are the leagues that new traders will want to invest in.
