Just call regular customer service, get transferred to corporate and then ask for one of the editors and leave a vague message with your contact info... they usually call back... just sound professional

yea...that should be my last post... Log was saying it was like two weeks ago... But he didn't remember... he said he was pretty sure... but whoknows, they delete things rather quickly,or someone else could've used the might Optimus... who knows...
