Since I refuse to divulge my personal information, I guess I've lost everything. Does that count?

If you would like to make wide public statements
about why you shouldn't submit identity and tax
information on your account, feel free to submit
a support ticket.

I will see that your interview is considered.

Well, how about for starters, I don't particularly feel like giving my vital identity information to a company run by a man who makes sarcastic, threatening remarks to his customers.

But here's the real reason: When I signed up for ASM I was not asked for this information, and I was not told to expect being asked for it in the future. If I had been told that this would be required information in the future, you wouldn't have my money in the first place. At a minimum, you are morally obligated - if not legally - to allow pre-KYCF customers to discontinue business with ASM if they do not wish to provide this information. I never clicked 'I Agree' to a user contract that included mandatory divulsion of this information, and you therefore do not have the right to require it from me ex post facto.

Now, about your irrelevant and unecessary request for me to give a reason for not wanting to divulge this information : I don't want to give you that information, and frankly, I don't need to have a reason. However, I'll entertain you. By your threatening tone, I assume you mean to indicate that you know that my account is frequently accessed by another user, John Lowenthal. Whoopty doo:

John Lowenthal (VinceYoung) has previously publicly indicated that he manages my account. This is not in violation of any agreement we entered into with ASM. My name is Clayton Matheson, and all information I provided when I established my ASM account (including my credit card number) is my own. The fact that he has logged on and made trades on my behalf is inconsequential. I manage my naive girlfriend's etrade account - they don't seem to care.

And, just so you know, John has been my best friend and off-and-on roommate for a very many years. We frequently access the same computer. If you wish to call either myself or John to confirm this relationship and the validity of our separate identities, I (and John) would be happy to speak to anyone from ASM over the phone.

You have no right to hold our accounts hostage because we refuse to agree to your ex post facto policy changes. My father was a recent victim of identity theft. It is a very real and very painful threat, and I'm certainly not about to give my vitals to an organization with no reputation and no established and documented data security procedures.

That good enough for you?

forcing people to disclose their ss# or not be able to take money out would more then likely be considered extorshion by US laws ... how they plan to get legalized after all this is beyond me

I don't see this site taking off until they find a way to increase the dividend reserves. It's pathetic the World Series pays out a penny a share. No big time investors are going to get in for them prices.

...and guess how comes to fluff it up...

ASM really knows how to treat new traders. This trader named iwutitan replied to my post asking ASM why he didn't know he had to fill out the form (he joined 29-09). But he asked a couple of times and was a little to persistant. So now all the posts are deleted and our friend iwutitan has a trial account.

Default Check this one out guys.

I could not resist posting this thread.. Pay close attention to Stephanies remarks. What a professional company they are.

P.S.

Had to shorten it a little in order to post it here.

At least i know i'm not the only one that doesn't like it, i notice it a lot because i'm off work and am spending 15 hours a day looking at it, and it is not only big orders, i have noticed that one trader often has for example right now they are doing it.
Now it may not be 1 trader but if it isn't it's a funny coincidents that it has been happening every day for the last week.
Right at this moment there is buy orders for ASMA1 that start at .45 and go in .1 increments up to .55 which is 11 buy orders all under the trader Flut, now i know it might be more than 1 person but as i said it has been in that type of pattern for a week.
Oh well, i'm still having fun and i will try to ignore these silly people and just hope that they get put on the side line for a spell and come back more educated.
All the best and Happy Trading.

Well, if it goes up in .01 increments, is allowed to be the same trader.

If these are rules why are they not implemented in the site, if someone is only allowed to put up an order for 100 shares at a certain price then how it is possible to put up more? Why does the site allow people to break the rules? Doesn't make alot of sense to me.

That is the problem, i was emailed by Chris stating that i had put to many buy orders for the one derivative but i was not told a specific amount that i could put in and i have been trying to find out ever since and as you can see by this thread every person has a different idea on it.
i think that there should be a specific number and then it would be simple.

There is not a set number of orders you can or cannot place, the emails sent are case specific and are applicable to those who receive them only and not everyone here. There is no need whatsoever to discuss them amongst yourselves. There's really no need to keep going around with this issue, if you have any further questions please contact live support.

Thanks,
Stephanie

Thanks,
Stephanie I replyed to this saying that it would be nice if legal would answer their email. She deleted it intermediately.
