2 questions:

a) Does it matter that I'm not a US citizen? It wouldn't matter to me if the lawyers can't do anything for me since I don't fall into their jurisdiction but what I would not want is that I have to fly over there to give testimony or something.. I have no clue about legal procedures so does anybody know if that situation might arise?

b) Would it create an obstacle if we have sent in "incorrect" KYCFs? I mean, forcing us to hand them in wasn't legal to begin with but wouldn't we appear less credible if they find out that we didn't send in correct information (but signed our names claiming that all the information was correct)?

We are gathering our info so once we are ready we can then proceed. As seperate individuals, we are not that strong and ASM can ignore us. Together with one voice, that will be much harder to do.

The only way testimony would happen, is if ASM fights it all the way to court, which on happens like 10% or less of all legal actions (if I am not mistaken). Dont sweat the small stuff.

I am still gathering information.

As I am now on hold at ASM I am actually motivated to get this project underway. I have been in contact now with a couple attorneys and I will need to gather some more info.

I am absolutely set to be involved in this. ALthough I have been working on things on my own a class action suit would be much more effective. I have been locked out for some time now with 6 of my affiliates accounts also closed just because they are affiliates of mine and I have logged into their accounts. Rules have been changed, Chris has lied about many things, and I still dont have the market maker package I was awarded two years ago valued at 50K. Please let me know if anything else happens.

I will actually NEED the info from all interested parties so I can forward it to the lawyers. NOTHING will get done unless people step up, contact me, and I get it forwarded.
