I have sent slinger the letter with my personal grievances. Anyone who wants to read it can do so here:

http://www.allsportstrader.com/asm/ASMLetter.doc

I encourage everyone to do this with their own personal experiences, it only takes a few minutes.

I already sent Slinger a letter also. He has my permission to send/post it wherever he wants.

So, should we all sign something and send it to the New York Post?

----------------

I have confirmed that the New York Post will be doing an article on ASM. I'm awaiting the confirmation of no less than 3 other papers in New York and surrounding area.

I will keep everyone updated as quickly as I can, as there will be no shortage of updates with what we have in the works.

Well, back to work!

Hendog

let them become successful, or you guys are just going to get nowhere... you are just spinning your wheels if they don't get legalized or start to hold assets in U.S. entitities, you guys want to get your money out, let them get new traders.... all you will do is let them partake in WarTrade Part Two if you act now...

but I know you will do what you want... this isn't the first time The Grand Pubah has been threatened with suits before I am sure...

Well, I would just need to modify my post from another thread with my ASM experience to make it look like a letter.. that's the smallest issue..
but shouldn't we organize it a bit how we proceed?

A few individual letters sent to those magazines won't do much since we'll probably all send them to different editors, etc. There should at least be one common cover letter and then the individual stories could be attached or something. Otherwise, the editor will either throw them away after 2 or 3 have arrived (if s/he gets to read them at all to begin with), or, worse, the editor will forward them to the responsible reporter, who, obviously, will throw them away. Newspaper editors have a very limited schedule and won't waste time reading a few personal letters that sound like someone has lost money and wants to take revenge (even though we here know better).

On another node, with regard to what HollywoodCole said, do you really think that waiting is the solution?
First of all (but that's just me and I'm aware of that), I'd rather give up the money I have left in there (about 2K) if that helps prevent innocent others to be lured into that trap.
Second, most of you, including HollywoodCole, have already said that your lawyers have told you that legalization aint gonna happen (or at least not within the next years). So, why the argument that we should wait for them to get legalized?
And third, the longer we wait, the more time Chris has to cover his ass, to spend some of the money, etc. IMO, waiting is the worst thing to do.
But I'll follow the majority here, so, what's everybody else's take on this?

I'm willing to lose my $3450 of deposits if it will stop this scam. I really don't want other people having to go through the same crap ASM gives us. But I also think it should be an organized venture and I'm afraid a lot of the people here think like hollywood and want to see money from new traders before they are willing to take any action.

sorry guys, I put over two years of my life into this site and want to help my sister and myself buy a house and some land... I can't do that within the next year without this ASM money; call me greedy, selfish, but I DID NOTHING WRONG TO BEGIN WITH, and I have proof and any lawsuit I take against ASM is a slam dunk... if I do so choose to if they don't wise up (spies take notes here)...

But as for my opinion, yes you guys need to get organized and go into it as a united front...

You are right Hollywood...

but,

If someone does not do something about it now, and we leave someone else holding the hot potato, then we are just as bad as them.
