I am doing good, I start at FS and Kickoff. I am 2nd at IB. We just won our first game. And I got the game saving tackle!

Good to hear you are doing well. I hope things have continued to go as good and that the rest of your season is just as profitable for you.

An update on my beloved son: He has been out since the last update with a broken arm. He was playing Def LB at the time and used poor landing technique when being pummeled by a rather large young man on the apposing team. (Needless to say we were very dissapointed when it happened.) Seeing him having to hold his hand up because he snaped his radius in half was very dissheartening for sure.....

He is out for this season but he will be back for the next. (What can you say?)

On a positive note, he is using this opportunity to learn how to throw with his left hand. The boy never ceases to amaze me!

Again, good luck to you young man!

Chris

Sounds like he is positive and very forward looking. Alot of kids would sit and sulk and get no where. I am sure he will be a sucess in life. I am just sure of it.

Thanks Slinger, I beleive this also. (I might be a little biased though) lol! You will not find a more proud dad on this earth. (No offence to other dads and sons) When they called me out on the field, I met them when he was asking his coach if he could still play. He only cried after the coach told him he was out!

It both broke my heart and made me so very proud all at the same time...

Your the best for your kind words my freind!

Chris

That really sucks! We were playing kickball in the gym before school started. And I went to score, jumped and when I landed I rolled my ankle. Needless to say that hurt! I looked like a balloon. But I went to practice, had it taped. About a week later I went to the doc and it was inflamed and I had a sisst on my leg. Luckily, I was still able to play. Hurt, but able to play! Thanks, tho. We didn't do to good, only going 2-2. Now ALL summer I have to think about 2 plays in our last game I messed up on! One was I muffed a punt and they got it! Same drive, they were on our 15, we played goal line and they went with a half-back pass. I had the TE jammed at the line when they pitched it, that little movement distractted me for just a split second. Where he got loose and they scored! At the time the score was 0-0 with 5:00 left in the game. We didn't get much help, tho by our offense. We ended up loosing 14-0. I know you want your son to make it big and he, obviously, does too. So look at my post in Advertising about Stack Mag. I think he will like it. LMK if he signs up on the mystack, thing. Too bad he can't play. But learning to throw with his left hand will make it throw better with his right! Also is the radius your forearm?

Hey, sorry to hear about your ankle young man. Next year will no doubt be better for the both of you it sounds like.

I checked out Stack Mag but never got a confirmation email like they said I would , so I can't log in. Maybe I will try again another time. (It looks cool)

Yep the radius is the big forearm bone.

See ya round..
