Default Wish The Boy Luck Please!

First, sorry Slinger if you mind that I post this here but I could not help it.

I am so excited, I do not know if I will even get any sleep. lol

My oldest son is starting at QB tomorrow on his JR High team! This is his first time ever to start in this position. He is not a natural at it so he has had to work very hard and I am so proud of him.

Please wish us luck guys. (Truth be told, I am probably more tore up than him.)

Be patient with me here guys, as I said I am so so proud of him.

Thanks.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

And can I move this to the regular general sports area to allow all to see, and not just the asm crew? SS family are really cool, not just the ASM people. Lemme know.

You should be excited, patient and very proud. My son know as Snowsand on ASM played Jr high , high school and college. He almost made it to the minors in baseball. He was in 3 Babe Ruth World Series and the playoffs in college. Remember to patient and still be proud when he has a bad day or the team loses a game, for him this will be the hardest part and it will happen-be prepared. I hope for you and your son that you have the same as my son and I have as the years go by, lots and lots of memoirs. Good luck to you, your son and his team.

Sure Slinger, I just don't know any of the others so no prob.

Thanks so much Rom. I will be sure and keep it in perspective.

I am proud of you and your son for the love you so clearly share with each other. Sadly it is becoming more and more of a foreign concept....

Take care folks.

Yeah, it is kinda strange. He is actually considered in High School here also but the jr. team consists of 8th and 9th graders. It goes 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th, and then 10th-12th..

How are you doing now? My son seems to be continuing to develope nicely but he is in off and on in the QB spot now again. I will not know until the game starts where he will be. They did not play last Thursday so we are more than ready for sure. I will let you know how it goes then.

Again, good luck!
