Alright guys, trying to get a feel for the amount of interest in something like this.

I came across a Poker site that will allow me to set up a private poker league where I can schedule tournaments and things like that. Now this would have to be for REAL money but the minimum buyin for a tourney that I can schedule is $1.25 so it wouldn't have to be big money.

They have some really cool features, they keep point totals based on you perform in these tournaments and they take a % of the pots from the tournaments and put them into a separate pot. At the end of the "season" (which can be as long as we want) that side pot is paid out to the top point earners for the season.

I also can send everyone a promo code for this site that will get you $10 ABSOLUTELY FREE so that would mean that everyone can atleast participate in a few tournaments without having to deposit.

I'm mainly looking to see who's interested. If you are indeed interested please reply in this thread or PM me with your e-mail address so I can send you the promo code.

I would also like input on how often you guys would like the tournaments to be scheduled and the max. amount you would be willing to wager in a given tournament.

Depending on the times I'd be in. I have a feeling there will be quite a few good players.

Times, $$ amount of buyin and frequency of tournaments will be voted on once we get a general idea of whos interested.

Hey im in. OK well I would suggest $10 buy-in but then we would just get to play 1 game and be out....so how bout we go with 2.50 so that way guys can at least play 4 games. I vote once a week on like tuesday night at 8 or soemthing....nothing happens on a tuesday at 8. Except dancing with the stars and if any guy here admits to watching that well he loses all cool points.

Well how long ya think the games would last? Tuesdays at 8 prolly wouldn't work for me. I really think that Saturday at say....around 7? Also my parents get mad when I am on the puter too long.
