I dont quite understand it yet but you have to build up your nation . You have to make key decisions with your nation to determen how big it will be . You also can go to war . Well I made a region for us to all join its called " Nation of Good Patrols" . Yes its a quite lame name but it seemed they wouldnt let me do anything else .

When first joining they auto send you to the West Pacific Region or something along those lines then on that and you will find a line call " Tired of life in Nation of Good Patrols?" click on move to new region and type the name in it should work
