Default Withdrawal Problems

Found this forum on a web search. Hope i can get some good advice. I made a withdrawal request from ASM in early October but I keep getting the run around I have read on some earlier posts in the forum, the same excuses I am now getting. . Any advice? and do I have a chance of getting my money from ASM? Please any advice would be appreciated.

I never got my money out, I still have $3900 just sitting there (I don't have any derivatives anymore). Some people got a withdrawal after a long period of waiting when there was still some action going on. But at the moment the site is completely dead, so there aren't many new deposits to pay your withdrawal with. Cause this is how this site works, despite all the promising lies from the CEO it's nothing more then a pyramid game.

Maybe everybody can write down their experiences with ASM at this link as well:

Rip-off Report: AllSportsMarket - Chris Rabalais Penny Stock Scheme BEWARE!! Easy to Deposit but you NEVER can Withdrawl! Nationwide

Cause looking at the comments there are still people who believe ASM is a legit business. Or maybe they are trying to keep the scam running for their own sake.

Tripple,

Instead of hiding over here where the forum is dead, you should make your way over to Sports Derivative Forum - Index

Sign-up under your handle and participate in discussions with other past/present ASM clients, some who share your opinions and some who don't!

ASM is not a scam! A poorly run business - maybe , but not a scam!

Hope to see you at SDF!

All I can say regarding the withdrawal question from the first poster is that you won't see any money any time soon.
I made a small withdrawal request of only $60 in November to see if the site was still alive. The result is that I was told that my withdrawal was in the queue for an indefinite amount of time and I would be contacted by them when it was my turn. There was no need to keep asking when it would be sent out.
Also, I've requested a different method than mailed check because their checks do not arrive over here any longer (I did receive my very first check almost 2 years ago or so but none came afterwards). The result was: they suggested the western union option with a fee of $60. I didn't know if I should laugh or cry about such a ridiculous suggestion. I mean, $60 in fees for a withdrawal of $60??? Don't they read themselves what they tell their clients??
Anyway, no money for me, no different payment option, and zero timeframe given. If that's not a scam, then what it is?

Happy holidays everyone!

ASM is a poorly run scam. And a great place you have there with the top traders of the pyramid game. Dream on, I would suggest to you all. Be happy with the money you got of the other traders who joined after you all. And I had a really good laugh at this posting yesterday, it says it all:

Please remember that ASM is moving domains at the first of the year. I would strongly suggest that we all make screen shots, pdf files or whatever of our account pages just to make sure that we are covered in case we lose the stuff.

How many lies and and false promises must you guys take before the bells go off. Must be the greed that blinds you all. No shades needed.

Anyway, Happy New Year to you all and don't waste to much of your time in 2008 on ASM.

Looks like withdrawls are still god aweful slow. I have not requested a WD since the last I posted about, but when I get around to doing it again I will gladly post details for all to see.

GL to the original poster!
